Our Foundation Pharmacist Programme is designed to support newly qualified pharmacists as they transition into professional practice. The programme focuses on developing clinical confidence, strengthening decision‑making skills, and building the competencies required for modern community pharmacy.

Participants will gain experience across key service areas, work alongside experienced pharmacists, and receive structured support throughout their training year. Our aim is to nurture safe, effective, and patient‑centred practitioners who are fully prepared for the responsibilities of independent practice.

Foundation trainees are supported by fully trained tutors who have extensive experience and are registered with the GPhC. In addition, we assist our trainees in preparing for their registration assessment by providing access to past papers and structured study support.
